Miele embodies the dreams into reality

Opening the presentation, Director General of Miele in the CIS Sergey Kim noted that the company Miele all these years remains loyal to the slogan of “better and better”, constantly improving and creating new standards of design, quality and functionality of household and professional equipment. In the presented series of kitchen appliances Generation7000 is based on the most advanced, innovative solutions that give new sensations in life, vanity, the desire to please themselves and their loved ones.
The slogan “Immer Besser” (“forever better”), the company’s founders, Karl and Reinhard Mile Zinkann printed on the first copies produced household appliances. This motto characterizes the company Miele to this day.

Continuing the presentation, designer and set designer Eugene Zhdanov noticed that the kitchen is the most difficult thing in designing a room. It should be comfortable, functional, ergonomic. And a new designer line ArtLine and VitroLine from the collection Generation7000 just meet all the necessary requirements and allow the designers to integrate them into any kitchen space.

Devices line ArtLine distinguished by the complete absence of handles and they are the best choice for open-plan kitchens in the purist design. For devices line VitroLine characteristic glass front panel with a sleek glass handles in the color of the device. Both design lines is available in the color “Diamond white Brilliant White”, “obsidian Black Obsidian Black” and “Graphite grey Graphite Grey” which became fashionable in recent years and which can be easily combined with other colors in the kitchen space.

Eugene noted that the Miele appliances from the kitchen of the future, from the future that has already arrived. She really likes innovative unique features, including the ability of the furnace to send pictures of the dish, which is cooked in it at the moment. She also noted turnkey solutions culinary programs, when you just push the button indicating the desired food and cooking parameters are set automatically.
Generation 7000 – the most intuitive series. 353 new product has become one of the most advanced innovations that have ever been created: an oven that can cook without the use of heating devices that detect your movements and react to them, technologies that are linked more than ever before.

Chef Ambassador of Miele company is mark Statsenko invited the assembled guests to explore the 5 senses (sight, hearing, smell, touch, taste), where every dish is a kind of experiment on taste. And, of course, all meals were cooked on the technique Miele.

The first dish was immediately struck by the audience – it was a red rose is inserted in an ice cube. the core of the flower was a mouth-watering taste ceviche of scallops with beets. This striking and unusual the dish was served with a sauce of raspberries and rose petals. It was prepared by using a vacuum degasser and panel Miele hobs with useful function TempControl, which does not burn sugar and prevents vytaplivaete oil.

Second, all participants were treated to halibut, which had been previously wrapped in sheets of seaweed kombu for five days fermented sauce with the addition of sake and cane sugar. Preparing the dish in a Combi-steamer Miele at a temperature of 75 degrees and humidity of 75 percent.

Then you can try organic chips made from dried pumpkin, beets and carrots.

The main dish of the evening was the fillet of wild reindeer with a sauce of pomegranate and beets, and mashed white root vegetables.
Completed culinary journey, the dessert, pickled in wine persimmon with cinnamon, black pepper, thyme sprigs and cream, coffee, rye bread and vanilla.
